Okay so when something is missing (so to speak) from your life, you’ll go about your whole day trying to ‘seek’ it/fill the void (or you’ll numb & distract yourself like a champion, avoiding solves nothing).

Can you see yourself with it instead? Stop worrying about if it’s there or not, can you use your imagination & senses to create the feeling of it being there in your life? Well, of course you can! Then what does it feel like, and even deeper, what do you get from it? Feel that now, without it, choose the feelings, and hold the vision without clinging to it. Before I got out of bed this morning, before I’d even opened my eyes I created my day. I said the day is full of magic and unexpected surprises. It was raining hard, I felt like going for a beach walk, tried to talk myself out of it, reminded to feel the nudge and go with what you’re guided to do from the feeling. And well, this. 7am magical moment to start the day 💕
