One of the most common things I hear from business owners is:
"I've got everything in my head."
Many wear it as a badge of honor.
I see it as a risk.
When processes aren't documented, tasks aren't delegated, and knowledge isn't shared, growth becomes limited by one person's capacity.
The irony?
The more successful the business becomes, the more dangerous this approach gets.
Your goal shouldn't be to remember more.
Your goal should be to create systems that remember for you.
Because sustainable growth happens when your business can function without everything depending on you.
What is one process in your business that's still living entirely in your head?
