💚 Mental Health First Aid – Special Community Offer 💚

Join the Kenthurst Rotarians who recently became Mental Health First Aid accredited!

This October (Mental Health Month), Rotary Club of Kenthurst is offering a Mental Health First Aid course for just $75 plus GST (normally $350 plus GST)!

It is a 2-day (or 4 evening) course, which is aimed at teaching Australian adults to recognise the warning signs of mental health problems to intervene early, offer support, respond in a crisis, and reduce stigma around mental health. Similar to a traditional St John’s First Aid accreditation, the mental health first aid accreditation is valid for 3 years, at which time refresher training for re-accreditation is available.

Open to all community members – learn skills that could make a real difference.

Course dates:
o Saturday 4 and 11 October; 9am-4pm
o Wednesday 1, 8, 15, 22 October; 6pm-9:30pm
