Our Xtra Hop mead was inspired by feedback from some of you!

Eager for even more hop character than our original Dry Hopped mead could deliver, I got to work formulating a mead with just a bit more.

That means more honey, more hops and more body. In beer terms it's closer to an XPA/IPA. It's hopped with Galaxy, Australia's very own world famous hop, which brings some bitterness and a delicious grapefruit character.

It's action stations this weekend!

Just canned a fresh batch of Sparkling Sour this morning.

Then we'll be at Hobart Twilight Market Long Beach Sandy Bay again from 4:30-9 tonight.

And then we're back for our third time on Sunday and Monday!

Looking forward to seeing you there and getting some tasty mead in front of a heap more people.

Busy in the meadery this week!

Put the finishing touches on another batch of Mojito Mead with a pile of fresh mint and lime juice. And started another batch of Xtra Hop!
