Couldn't be happier with our meal worm farm. Lots of fresh meal worms for our quail to enjoy. Extra protein is great for growing fresh feathers and keeping warm.

Meet a few of our 4 week old chicks. A very good looking bunch. Next week they will join the main quail flock and fingers crossed these young hens will be laying good sized eggs by Christmas.

Great job girls, we scored 97 out of 100 for our entry in the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards 2021, winning a GOLD medal. The judges comments were "Great flavour and presentation".

Here's what happens when we have a bit of time on our hands with the quail hens hardly laying whilst they molt. We have loads of new cartons available for sale, lots of little chicks to add to our productive flock and one wayward toy wombat!
