Picture this: one national campaign, hundreds of different store environments.

That’s the reality for multi-outlet retailers and brands, and one of the biggest challenges in campaign rollout.
How do you create consistency across the network when no two stores are exactly the same?

That was the thinking behind our telescopic archway system: one modular structure designed to flex across varying aisle widths and store formats. Available in both over-aisle and freestanding formats, our system uses adjustable sizing to make national rollout simpler, faster and more consistent.

Interchangeable graphics allow the core archway structure to remain in place while campaign panels are swapped in and out, extending the value of the system beyond a single campaign.
The flat-packed, modular construction also supports more efficient production, packing, freight and installation.

For retailers and brands activating at scale, the benefit is clear. Less complexity, better consistency and stronger economies of scale.

What does a spinning Red Bull can have in common with a Christmas-themed train, a log bench and a giant dog food bag?

They all started as ambitious briefs. And they’ve all now been recognised as finalists in the upcoming National Print Awards, hosted by the Visual Media Association.

Laneige JuicePop Lip Tint PR Box 💄

Not every day a PR box rolls through production with spinning DJ decks and its own soundtrack.

Designed around a DJ deck concept, the piece housed 8 lip tint shades within rotating decks and featured a built-in sound chip that played music on opening.

A fun example of how physical ex*****on can take a campaign idea beyond graphics alone. Movement, sound, structure and product all working together to create something memorable.

Some ideas are just fun to execute. And often, they’re the most effective ones too.

Retail works best when the product becomes an experience people can step into.

For Cotton On Body, plush fleece sweats were recently launched through the Body Mart experience, both in-centre and in-store.

Instead of a traditional display, the concept became a playful pop-up designed to feel nostalgic, recognisable and impossible to walk past.
Turning the product from something shoppers simply see into something they experience.
Exactly the kind of playful retail moment we love bringing to life.

Activation included:
• Pop-up structural build with fabric awning and bespoke paint finish (repurposed from a previous Cotton On activation, extending the life of the structures)
• Giant “Plushie” Slurpee hero prop
• Floor media activation zone
• Plush Packs comfort kits
• Large-format signage

Retail illusion at its best.

Putting a real bathtub in a retail window for a short campaign isn’t exactly practical.

For Sheridan, we recently created a bathroom-inspired display using printed tile graphics across the backdrop and merchandising fixtures.

While Sheridan is synonymous with bed linen, this installation supported their “Newness for Every Room” campaign, highlighting the brand’s broader home offering.

The hero piece is an engineered bath structure wrapped in printed tile artwork, complete with a printed tap detail and reflective insert to create the illusion of water.

It anchors the window while doubling as a merchandising platform.
Inside the store, the tile visual continues across display units, connecting the story from the window through to the shop floor.

A simple concept.

One consistent pattern?
Florals remain central to Mother’s Day, but they’re not the only way to connect.

Across recent years, the most effective ex*****ons we’ve delivered have either reimagined florals or moved beyond them entirely to create gifting cues and strong in-store moments.

From handcrafted floral window installations that feel considered and premium at Kikki.K, to playful hero moments that shift the narrative entirely, like Peter Alexander’s Teddy Bear Mountain, the gallery shows a range of approaches that still feel relevant for today.
