We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced and reliable Administration superstar to join their team. This is a casual position based in the Kings Meadows area, commencing at approximately 15–20 hours per week.
The role will involve general administrative support, including parts ordering, coordinating parts deliveries, and other office duties as required. Experience using Xero is essential for this position.

The New Year is here! What does that mean??

📍Superannuation is going to 12% as off the 1st July.
📍3.5% increase on minimum award rates from your first full pay after the 1st July
📍Your final pay event should be at the ATO no later than the 14th July so your staff have access to their Payment Summaries.

Our office is also renewing all of our annual authorities and engagements with our current clients so we stay compliant with some changes in legislation that also kicked in on the 1st July this year.

Virtually Sorted Business Services is a small cloud-based bookkeeping / BAS agency, and we currently have an opportunity for someone to join our team.

This is a casual role and will be based in our Kings Meadows office. Training and support provided.

Details of the position

✅ Casual – starting at 8 - 16 hours a week (will increase over time for the right person)
✅ Providing bookkeeping and business support to a wide range of industries
✅ Flexible hours (school hours are perfectly fine!)

Requirements

✅ Cert IV in Bookkeeping desirable
✅ Experience working with Xero - extra points if you’ve worked with Hubdoc, Xbert or XPM!
✅ Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
✅ Comfortable with technology, apps & open to learning new systems
✅ Capacity to work to deadlines
✅ Ability to juggle various tasks and multiple clients
✅ Attention To Detail
✅ Understand the need for confidentiality
✅ Ability to work autonomously
