Communication will either build your business or break it.

This week I started a communication package with a client, beginning with the owner’s style and then assessing their upper management team’s style.

When people don’t understand how others communicate, you get misunderstanding, frustration & it shows up in every part of your business.

BUT when they do understand, everything changes. People feel heard, supported & show up as their best.

Throw back to last week in Melbourne, where I was so flat out I forgot to post anything… Sorry Susie 🙈 Coaching calls, club visits & a sales + retention workshop kept me busy. But the best lesson came from the rowing crews on the Yarra where it was obvious to see which teams had been working together, were rowing in sync, following their leaders directions & rowing In a straight line and the others were zig zagging all over the place, lacked the communication & skill of the others.
