I am Ruth Cox, a mother of 2 small children living on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. As a busy mother of 2, I decided that during maternity leave, I would create a small business to help busy families and working individuals

that just need that extra set of hands on a day to day basis. I have come from a project planning background working in the Property industry with 12 years’ experience working and living in Australia, London, Dubai and Singapore. I’m Ruth Cox, based in beautiful Casuarina in the Northern Rivers region, with over 10 years of experience running my business and helping families, professionals, and small businesses find more ease and flow in their daily lives.

A decade ago, while raising my two children on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I launched Organised K-OS during maternity leave to give busy households and individuals that extra set of hands. What started as a small local service has grown with me over the years — shaped by my background in project planning and over 20 years of professional experience across Australia, London, Dubai and Singapore.

Now settled in Casuarina, I continue to bring my love of organisation, planning, and creative problem solving into businesses. With strong skills in the Xero accounting system and all Microsoft Office software, I provide professional, reliable, and efficient support to help streamline operations and reduce stress. My goal remains the same: to help you enjoy more rest and play by taking the pressure off your day-to-day tasks.

Organised K-OS is ideal for businesses that don’t want the commitment of hiring a permanent staff member but still need reliable support. I can step in on an ad-hoc, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, giving you the flexibility to get help exactly when you need it.

Sally, our mortgage broker is doing 15-20 minute complimentary phone chats with her current clients and leads. We have just recently refinance and got a better rate after coming off a fixed rate. Even if you're on a good rate, there are other services within the business she offers that may assist you financially.

Christmas is approaching. 27 more sleeps to be precise and then the chaos begins, visitors, kids presents etc.. the list goes on.

Are you finding that you can never get on top of the housework? Kids rooms always a mess, cupboards chocabloc because you never have time to put everything in its place?
