Project Update | ESQ Stage 4

Being involved across every stage of the ESQ development has given us a unique perspective on the scale, vision, and long-term planning behind this evolving precinct.

Now progressing into Stage 4, the next chapter will deliver 151 apartments alongside retail spaces, continuing to shape the future of the area and build on the momentum of the previous stages.

Projects like this are not delivered overnight. They are the result of years of collaboration, coordination, and maintaining alignment between teams from one stage to the next.

Having been part of the journey from the earlier stages through to where the project stands today, it’s rewarding to see the continued growth of ESQ and the vision steadily coming to life.

What if the biggest risk to your project isn’t on site yet?

One of the biggest misconceptions in development is that project risk only starts during construction.

In reality, risks can exist long before a site is active through early assumptions, unclear documentation, consultant coordination, authority approvals, budgeting, programme timing, and site conditions that haven’t been properly investigated.
Small issues that are missed early can quickly turn into major delays, cost impacts, and unnecessary pressure later in the project.

Our Director, Michael, is once again preparing for the annual Save Our Sons Charity Walk in Perth from 5–8 March.💙

He’ll be joining an incredible team to walk 100km to raise vital awareness and funds in the fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

This marks the 11th year of dedication to this cause. To date, Save Our Sons has helped place specialist nurses in major hospitals, supported families with essential equipment and care, and funded ongoing medical research and trials — all for the hundreds of boys still waiting for a cure.
