Monday night made easy… butterfly the chook & marinate with a jar of my Lemon Provenzal (leave for 20-30min) then pop into a 180c oven for 45-50min. Jimmy’s tip: I cut 5mm thick slices of fresh lemon and lay the chicken on them πŸ‹
