Twenty-five years ago, we started with a simple idea: make essential services easier and better value for Australians.

Since then, we've been there through dial-up internet, broadband, smartphones, streaming, apps and everything in between.

Dodo Home Phone services (PSTN) will end on 30 April 2026.

After this date, home phone numbers will no longer be active. If you have this service, you will no longer be able to make or receive any calls, including emergency calls to Triple Zero (000).

What you need to do if this affects you:
Before your service is disconnected, make sure you’ve got alternative arrangements in place, such as:

▪️ A service that provides access to Triple Zero emergency calls
▪️ A replacement home phone service with a new provider
▪️ A way to connect any back-to-base alarms or medical alert systems
