Cody is passionate about what we do and believes that when you’ve got a pest problem, you deserve prompt action, clear communication and someone who follows through.

Having experienced his fair share of disappointing customer service, he’s determined to give our customers a better experience from start to finish.

From reminders when your next service is due to follow-up calls to see how an ongoing pest issue is tracking, Cody believes looking after you goes well beyond the day of treatment.

Good old-fashioned service, with someone who gives a damn. That’s the Bruin way. ✅

Hello new Toyota , just needs to be wrapped . We made the decision after a couple of breakdowns in peak hour traffic around Chermside, that we no longer could rely on the Great Wall - which was Codys first car and did a great job for the first 5 years . We went with another Toyota as you can’t beat the reliability of a Toyota . Oh what a feelin !
