Here’s a variety to be relished.

Cabernet Sauvignon doesn’t rush. It takes its time in the vineyard, in the barrel, and eventually — when the moment is right — in the glass. Our 2022 is no different.

Grown in Kimbolton, Heathcote, and harvested in April 2022, this wine spent time in 4-year-old French barriques before being bottled in June 2024. And now, after nearly two years of quiet patience, it is ready for release.
