How good is Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir? 😍

Pinot is one of our favourite varieties. It’s a challenge in the vineyard, but when you find the right site, choose the right clone and align it all in the winery, the end result is something else 😍🍷

We work with 3 different vineyards in the local Kuitpo area, 4 different clones and use plenty of different techniques in the winery. Our aim is to make something that is complex and interesting, while still remaining light, elegant and super drinkable.

Who else is a Pinot lover? 🙋‍♀️🙋🍷

Who else is missing the sunny days, with a glass of your favourite white variety in your hands? We certainly are!

Spring is getting closer and with that, will come the release of our 2026 whites! We had a bit of fun in the winery this year - and we have new vintages of all of our favourites, including Pinot Gris, Riesling, Fiano and Rose (pink counts as white, right?!) 😍 Our 2026 Chardonnay will be resting in oak for a little bit longer - expect to see a release in late 2027, but we will have selection of our new vintage lighter reds later in the year.

Good Friday or Chardonnay Friday? Why not both!

We had a parcel of our favourite Chardonnay in from Kenton Valley today - this is clone 95 (for the wine nerds - it’s our favourite Chardonnay clone 🥰) and wow it’s looking good!

Vintage has been ticking along over the last few weeks and we now have an almost full little winery. There is still a bit of come in over the next few weeks but we are welcoming the Easter weekend to do some much needed organising and maybe even a little bit of resting before things get busy again 🍇

Vintage officially kicked off at XO this week, with 2 parcels of Grenache for Rosè ❤️

Next week is going to be when it starts to get serious, which means we’ll be spending the weekend dropping bins to all our favourite vineyards, ready to be filled with grapes 🍇
