Alright Alright Alright. I heard the Drum History Podcast with Josh from Indē today and it got me thinking.
What is your favourite new innovative drum product OR, drum product that was excellent but got lost to time?
Mine are - Indē throw and their tom brackets. They work, the retrofit, the make sense.

An absolutely phenomenal early 50s Gretsch Roundbadge came into the shop today. So phenomenal that I immediately thought it was a fake, but with a lot of working closely with it all day and researching, a grand example of an early 50s Maple/poplar/maple sandwich. All old plantation wood. Beautiful hex sparkle. It simply doesn't get much better than this!
Great drum for an immensely talented drummer that does a huge amount for the drum community as a whole. Warm fuzzies all round 💙🙌

I built this snare many years ago and then completely forgot about it. Can't even remember what wood it is!
Might be time for a clean. Lived at a pub for 5 years.
