It’s been a while.

But we think it’s worth the wait.
Showing a handful of new releases this Sunday for their Spring Wine Fair.
Open to the public, come along from 1pm-4pm this Sunday October 5th.
We’ll be there alongside a bunch of other talented winemakers flogging our wares, so don’t miss it!

The sun’s out, the fire’s glowing, and the glasses are full. It's a perfect day at the cellar door. Our Yandoit Glenwillow Cabernet is pouring beautifully, showing off its vibrant structure and savoury edge. We believe it’s a fine example of the Bordeaux-inspired style known as Claret, and one worth celebrating.

Claret isn’t just another word for Cabernet. While Cabernet Sauvignon is a single grape known for its power, structure and bold tannins, Claret refers to a traditional Bordeaux-inspired blend often Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and sometimes Cabernet Franc or Malbec. It is crafted for balance, elegance and drinkability.

Claret-style wine leans into harmony and nuance. Think savoury, medium-bodied, gently structured. The kind of wine made for long lunches, fire-side chats, and second glasses. A nod to old-world winemaking with a cool climate twist

Whether you’re soaking up the rays outside or keeping toasty fireside, it’s the kind of afternoon that reminds us why we love this place. Come by, slow down, and stay a while.
