Do you have an upcoming booking with us?

Remember to confirm all your booking details using our handy booking confirmation guide ahead of your arrival to ensure everything goes smoothly.

In particular, it is worth double checking:
- Has your rental car been booked so that it is ready before your flight lands? (If your car has been booked for after you land, your car may not be ready for us to install your car seats into before your arrive).
- Have you provided the name or reservation number that your rental car or hotel is booked under?
- Have any of your flights changed or been cancelled? Have you provided updated details so your booking can be adjusted?
- Have you booked all the items you'll be needing?
- Have you selected the correct hire dates to suit your travel plans?
- Have your children grown significantly since your booking was placed? Are the items you've booked still appropriate?
- Is the name on your hire booking details form EXACTLY the same as the name your booking is under? We understand that your hire car or hotel room may be booked under a different name, however, the name at the top of the form must be the same so we can match it to the correct booking.

Our aim is to ensure that your travel plans go as smoothly as possible, however, we are only as good as the information that has been provided to us when you place your booking.

Whilst all baby capsules and convertible car seats available in Australia are tested and certified for use from birth, not all options are suitable for transporting low birth weight or premature babies.

There are only a select few baby capsules that have been tested and certified for transporting low birthweight infants without restrictive medical conditions.
