We used TPM7950 thermal phase matt for the repaste

TPM7950 usually lasts a minimum of 5 years of done correctly & if GPU is kept clean

As shown in the photo how dry evaporated the factory thermal paste is after more than Years of use. This unit was hitting 90°c when gaming

If your GPU isn't performing as well as it used it could be related to thermal throttling being caused by dry thermal paste.

We use thermal grizzly extreme on lower end GPU
On higher end GPU we use PTM7950 thermal phase mat
