Our backyard reno job is taking shape (pun intended). Lots of concrete and soil has been dug out and filled back into areas of the backyard to form level benched areas. This property has had issues with water getting under the house, so now this can be addressed at the same time. A few more days will wrap it up and ready for the landscapers to do their thing.

Our backyard reno job has taken shape this week. Lots of dirt cut and filled. Concrete paths and retaining walls pulled out and carted away. Benches put in to split the levels. With tight access up the side of the house and a concrete retaining wall and paths to pull out, we had to literally chip away with the small digger. It will take shape cone the end of next week, if the rain gods are kind to us.

Dolphin Sands day 2 job went well. Looks a lot better than the apocalyptic landscape it had previously.

Another good day done and dusted. Moved a lot of dirt and Layed down about 75 ton of base.

Started this new gravel driveway today with a 20m x 20m gravel hard stand. Day 1. Done with some great progress.

Completed today. Its always great to see the end result. This land owner has now reclaimed 30% of his land back.
