Check out this amazing transformation!!!

It's never easy painting varnished timber work, especially 70yr old cupboards and doors.

First it was some floor protection, brown paper and masking tape. Then a first sand, dust, oil based stain blocking primer, sand gap fill / putty, prime, sand, then 2x top coats of dulux semi gloss aquanamel!

Give them the love and the results can be breath taking. How good does this hallway look now!!! 😍

Little job we punched out in 2 days 👊💪

Before and afters, Lilydale Falls toilet block!

Looking fresh with Dulux weathershield, Natural white, in gloss finish. Roof got some love, rust sealed, primed and Dulux weathershield, Cottage green, semi gloss finish.

The boys have done it once again 👏

Also, this was his first official job, welcome to the crew, young Lochie Harris!!! - who was signed up as our new apprentice this week 😍

Who would have thought I'd be here, 30 years of painting, and I'm testing the silly season patience!!!!

I doubt I'll get asked again, but I think I'll concentrate on what I do best, and just spread the liquid gold 👌

Another batch of timbers completed for the bench seats at Princes Square, and a new helping hand - who done a great job sanding the metal frames, and helped install the fresh ones back together, also got his ear chewed off by someone 😂, cheers Mitch 👌

We had to strip a few of the seat timbers back last week due to the coating breaking down, quite possibly no primer was applied previously.

Anyway, check out how good they look now!
