The noagroup We are a group of professionals that help organisations move from uncertainty to purpose. We have a depth of experience working with aged care organisations.

We are a group of professionals that have worked with organisations all over Australia ( and occasionally further afield ) to help them move from uncertainty to purpose, build capacity, respond to change, change cultures and then communicate these changes in a way that helps them stand out from the crowd. Our two principals have experience with CDC. Combined, we have more than 60 years experience working across the areas of strategy development, organizational change, branding and communication.

Some Christmas time reflections from the residents and staff at May Shaw in Scottsdale and Swansea in Tasmania. Noagroup produced the video as part of our 'Driving May Shaw' engagement process earlier this year. Notwithstanding the Royal Commission, it is clearly not all doom and gloom in the aged care sector. For noagroup the project has been a special one.
