I have over 20 years experience in business, ranging from staffing and the challenges of people management, to stock control, budgeting, cashflow management and the list goes on.
My goals for this page is to challenge peoples thinking, expand that thinking, and to learn from others, I believe this is what coaching is about.
So each Monday, I will post a question and would ask for you to give your opinion and listen to others, which again opens our thinking and discussions. If you would like me to post a question that is relevant to you, please pm me.
