Searson Buck is currently seeking an experienced Welder/Boilermaker for our client based in Launceston, Tasmania.

About the Role

Correct interpretation of standard work documents
and engineering drawings
General fabrication and welding of stainless/Carbon steel equipment.
Participate in established continuous improvement activities.
Comply with the Tasmanian Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation requirements.

About you

Being a Trade Qualified Boilermaker Welder is advantageous but experience in general MIG/TIG/ARC welding will be considered.
Pipe welding background
Show a high level of initiative.
Be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully communicate and liaise with people at all levels within the business.
