What a way to kick off a new season!

EventSphere has been lucky enough to manage the Tasmania JackJumpers Season Launch since their very first year in the NBL, and this year brought a whole new milestone, welcoming the Tasmania Jewels and delivering their inaugural Season Launch & Jersey Presentation alongside the JackJumpers.

We've loved watching this club grow over the years and genuinely love being a small part of the family behind it. Seeing the Jewels now take their place and start creating their own history made this year’s event one we're incredibly proud to have managed.

A big thank you to the suppliers who helped bring the night together Federal The Henry Jones Art Hotel, Alive Technologies Group, Brent Costelloe, Richard Jupe, Kingston Flowers, Salters Hire Tasmania, Hugo Bladel, Frogmore Creek Wines, Willie Smith's Tasmanian & LION.

There’s a lot to be excited about for Tasmanian basketball right now.

Bring on the WNBL and NBL seasons! 💚

There’s something pretty special about the clients who keep trusting you to come back.

EventSphere has been working with Palliative Care Tasmania since 2018. Across those years there have been different teams, different leaders and plenty of change, but the relationship and trust has continued — and that means a lot.

Last week EventSphere delivered the Palliative Care Tasmania 2026 Conference, with two days of important conversations, genuine connection and some incredibly meaningful moments.

A huge thank you to PCT for continuing to trust EventSphere, and to the wonderful team of suppliers who helped deliver the conference, such as Wrest Point Hobart, Alive Technologies Group, Richard Jupe Photography & Document Management Tasmania.

Long-term client relationships like this are a huge part of EventSphere, and something I never take for granted.

A huge thank you to Federal Hospitality for recognising EventSphere as their Conferencing & Events Partner of the Year at their Partner Awards on Tuesday.

But this one really starts with my clients.

I am so fortunate to work with clients who trust me. They trust me with their events, their brands, their people and their budgets, and they trust me to care about the outcome as much as they do. That’s a privilege I never take lightly.

I certainly don’t get everything right in business, but one thing I am incredibly proud of is the relationships I’ve built and the trust I’ve earned with both clients and suppliers over the years.

Because great events are never delivered by one person. The suppliers EventSphere works with have a huge impact on what we’re able to achieve, and so many of them have genuinely become part of our event family.

I’ll never apologise for pushing hard to get the best possible outcome for a client, and I’m incredibly lucky to have partners like Federal who understand that, work with me and care about getting it right too.

A huge thank you to Federal Hospitality for this award and recognition, to the brilliant suppliers who help EventSphere do what we do, and most importantly, to my clients.

Without your trust, there’s no EventSphere, and certainly no award like this.

💜 Some efforts deserve to be celebrated. This is one of them.

At EventSphere, we're incredibly proud to be supporting Megan Purton as she takes on one of Australia's toughest fundraising challenges - the Bravehearts 777 Marathon

Seven marathons. Seven states. Seven days.

It's hard to comprehend the physical and mental strength this challenge demands, but Megan is doing it with one purpose: raising vital funds to help Bravehearts prevent child sexual abuse and support children and families impacted by it.

Seeing our logo alongside (or front and centre!) other local businesses on Megan's running singlet is a reminder of what can happen when a community gets behind someone doing something extraordinary.

Megan, every kilometre you run is making a difference. Your determination, resilience and commitment to this cause are nothing short of inspiring, and we couldn't be prouder to be a small part of your journey.

If you're able to, we'd encourage you to get behind Megan too. Every donation, no matter the size, helps her reach her fundraising goal and supports the incredible work of Bravehearts.

Go Megan! We're cheering you on every step of the way. 💜🏃‍♀️

As EventSphere prepares to deliver multiple conferences over the next two months, I'm finding it easy to get caught upin the 'doing', and lose sight of the bigger picture.

One of my favourite moments at every conference is standing at the back of the room once the opening session begins.
Not because I finally get to relax (that usually comes much later!), but because it's the moment when months of planning quietly become reality.

What delegates see is a seamless event.
What they don't see is everything that happened beforehand.
The speaker who missed a flight but still made it to the stage.
The last-minute AV changes.
The sponsor requests.
The seating plans that changed eight times.
The hundreds of emails, phone calls and tiny decisions that all add up to creating an experience that feels effortless.
The funny thing is, if we've done our job well, nobody notices any of it.
And that's exactly how it should be.

After almost 20 years managing conferences and events for organisations across incredibly diverse sectors, one thing has stayed the same: great events aren't about everything going perfectly. They're about having the right people in place to solve problems before anyone else even knows they existed.

EventSphere is proud to sponsor a South East Launceston Devils U10 team this season ... and how sharp are their new playing jerseys looking?!👏

I firmly believe that businesses have an important role to play in giving back to the communities that support them, and this is one of the many ways EventSphere is proud to do that.

We’re thrilled that EventSphere has been engaged to assist the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania with their 2026 Conference to be held in Launceston in July.

Speaker EOIs are now open, calling for proposals to speak at Tassie tourism’s largest business development event of the year.

The two-day program will bring together industry leaders, operators, policy makers and supporters to examine the strategic, economic and human shifts required to ensure Tasmania remains future-focused, innovative and industry-leading.

See link below for more details:

Tasmania’s visitor economy is entering a defining decade. Global disruption, climate pressures, digital acceleration and shifting traveller expectations are reshaping how and why people travel. At the same time, significant infrastructure investment, new tourism products and experiences and major ...
