If you’ve been coming to our depot for a while, you may already recognise Xander! He’s a long time customer for JARAMAC and has a real passion for collecting containers and recycling.

Throughout August, we’re inviting our wonderful customers to share their genuine experience with JARAMAC Recycling.

After your visit, simply scan our Google review QR code and let us know how we did! Every bit of feedback helps our team improve and helps more locals discover our Lawnton recycling depot. 💚

🐈‍⬛AUGUST CHARITY OF THE MONTH 🐈

This August, JARAMAC Recycling is proud to support Best Friends Felines, a wonderful charity recommended to us by our local community!

Best Friends Felines is a Brisbane-based, 100% volunteer-run, no-kill rescue dedicated to giving cats and kittens a second chance at life. Every animal is placed in a loving foster home and receives the veterinary care, rehabilitation and support they need while waiting for their perfect forever family.

Throughout August, you can help by donating your eligible containers at JARAMAC Recycling. Every donated container helps BFF provide veterinary treatment, food, foster supplies and ongoing care for animals in need.

🌟 A HUGE THANK YOU TO PETRIE STATE SCHOOL!🌟

Petrie State School

Although our School Holiday Recycling Challenge didn’t officially go ahead, the amazing students and families at Petrie State School still challenged themselves and collected an impressive 345 poppers (LPB containers)! 🤩

We absolutely wanted to recognise their effort and commitment. Every container recycled helps keep valuable materials out of landfill and makes a positive difference to our environment.

Thank you, Petrie State School, for being recycling superstars!♻️

So far this year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our customers and community, over $360 has been donated to charity through eligible container donations at our depot!

Every bottle, can and carton donated helps support amazing local charities and community organizations while also reducing waste and protecting our environment.

We’re excited to announce our June Charity of the Month: Wildlife SEQ Inc! 🐨🦘🧡

Throughout June, Jaramac Recycling will be supporting Wildlife SEQ Inc, a local organisation dedicated to the rehabilitation, conservation and care of Southeast Queensland’s native wildlife.

Every eligible container donated through our charity bin helps raise funds and awareness for the rescue, rehabilitation and ongoing care of local animals in need.

Each month, we choose a local charity, community group, organisation, club, or cause to support through our Charity of the Month program.

Customers visiting our Lawnton Containers for Change depot can choose to donate their eligible containers to the selected charity, with the monthly total then passed on to support their work in the community.

It’s a simple way for locals to recycle, give back, and help support amazing organisations doing great things.
