Cocktail anyone? Introducing Iced Velvet!

Fill ice cube tray with Pink Velvet and freeze. In a large wine glass add 2 cubes of Pink Velvet, 30ml of Aperol and 100ml Pink Velvet. Add a dash of lime juice and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy!!

October has been very busy here at Lillypilly!! We've welcomed more than 200 visitors on organised coach tours to the region, as well as other travellers and some members of the Dodge car club. It's a privilidge to showcase the region and share our own story with everyone who comes through our doors. Hope we can see you one day!

🍇Pictured: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes on the vine ready for harvest! (plus some furry friends visiting the vineyard! )

Sunset Red is Robert’s take on the great Australian classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

These varieties shine on their own (as can been seen in our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Shiraz) but complement each other beautifully, bringing out the best in each other. Together they produce an elegant and delicious wine, which we call Sunset Red!

As with all our wines, the grapes are grown on our own vineyard, right here in Leeton!

We thought we’d tempt those of you who haven’t had a chance to taste our new Sunset Red yet with some delectable tasting notes!

This beautiful medium-bodied red starts with notes of the herbs on the nose, a bright burst of black cherry and dried fruits followed by a soft dry finish.
