As an experienced, commercially astute consultant, I have over 15 years of experience leading commercial strategy and procurement activities, managing complex public sector projects and fostering sustainable growth and transformation initiatives.
I specialise in working in partnership with organisations that benefit from my skills in opportunity analysis, procurement, governance and compliance, business development, best practice implementation and continuous improvement through to policy development and business transformation.
I established Public Sector Contracts to leverage this diverse experience and bring together my capabilities across procurement management, ILS optimisation, commercial and contract management, bid and tender writing, and business advisory and mentorship.
While I have led some of Australia’s largest capital acquisition projects across all levels of Government and private enterprise, I'm also passionate about supporting small business in working with the public sector as government suppliers, advising organisations on how to scale and commercialise concepts, establish policies and operating frameworks, and enable business growth.
I’ve improved functional support, leveraged existing resources, re-engineered processes to reduce life cycle costs and become an established authority in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) whole-of-life management.
As a consultant, I'm proud of securing a total of several $100 million in funding for a portfolio of business and not for profit clients within five years, helping drive growth for over 200 businesses nationally, and subsequently building community and regional capacity.
