WE’RE HIRING

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard.

With beautiful vineyard views, exceptional w**es and seasonal food, we’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, leads with warmth and brings a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver relaxed fine dining service that feels polished, personal and welcoming. Confidence in managing and supporting staff, coordinating rosters and keeping service running smoothly is essential. Experience in function management is desirable.

Fresh spring flavours, a glass of w**e and a long weekend among the vines.

We’re launching our new menu this October long weekend, celebrating the flavours of spring with dishes made to savour, overlooking our Lenswood vineyard.

Kick things off with our Sunset Dinner on Friday night, then join us on Sunday or Monday for a leisurely lunch on the deck or a w**e tasting flight.

Please note: we’ll be CLOSED on Saturday for a private function, but open Friday, Sunday and the Monday public holiday.

Our long weekend hours:
Friday: 11am to 5pm, then 6pm until late for Sunset Dinner
Saturday: CLOSED for a private function
Sunday: 11am to 5pm
Monday: 11am to 4pm

Lunch service: 12pm to 3pm Friday & Sunday, 12pm to 2pm Monday.
W**e tastings: 11am to 4pm Friday & Sunday, 11am to 3pm Monday.

Through the cold Adelaide Hills winter, our vines entered dormancy, conserving their energy and storing reserves for the growing season ahead.

Now, with the return of warmer days, that energy is beginning to move through the vines once more. Buds are swelling, delicate new leaves are unfurling and the first signs of the next vintage are appearing across the vineyard.

Budburst is one of our favourite moments of the year. It marks the beginning of a new growing season and reminds us that every bottle begins here, with the smallest burst of green.

With spring poking its head around the corner, this is one w**e we are certainly turning to for those spring time vibes!

And we are excited to announce that our 2025 Down the Road Gewürztraminer has received 93 points from Halliday W**e Companion.

If Gewürztraminer is unfamiliar, you are certainly not alone. Pronounced guh VURTS trah mee nuh, it is one of the most distinctive and aromatic white grape varieties in the world.

Known for its beautiful perfume and exotic character, our Gewürztraminer opens with notes of lychee, rose and Turkish delight, followed by juicy melon, mango and a gentle touch of ginger spice. A little fruit sweetness on the palate is balanced by fresh acidity, keeping the w**e bright, lifted and incredibly moreish.

Its aromatic fruit and subtle sweetness make it a wonderful match for fragrant and gently spiced dishes. Think Thai curries, Vietnamese salads, glazed pork, duck, rich seafood, washed rind cheese or anything with ginger, chilli and aromatic herbs.

Expressive, vibrant and a little unexpected, this is a w**e for anyone ready to try something beyond the usual white varieties.
