Well it’s a nice wet & cold weekend here in Perth, thought I’d share a delicious wholesome winter warmer you could suprise your family or guests with 🐑

The good Old Lamb Shanks - obviously we don’t cook the lamb in the thermo, but your Thermomix will make short work out of making the amazing sauce that your lamb cooks slowly in 👌🏼

Don’t forget to make your mash potatoes in your Thermomix aswell whilst your lamb is finishing off 🥔
