Youth Solutions has teamed up with Campbelltown Catholic Club again to bring our local community a fresh campaign called Turn on the Light which is designed to level up support for drug, alcohol and wellbeing challenges.
Turn on the Light is all about prioritising self-care, especially if you play a caring role in your personal or professional life. It shines a light on reflective practice – one of the best ways to assess your well-being and care for yourself. Plus, the campaign gives you tips and tricks to check in with those around you and guide them toward the support they need.
The Turn on the Light campaign, encourages our community to speak up against stereotypes, use positive language, and educate ourselves and others. This is imperative to changing the landscape for help-seeking around drug, alcohol and wellbeing issues.
By fostering understanding and kindness, we can help create a world where seeking help feels safe and normal.
