Feeling very sad right now, for the first time EVER we were berated by a customer. 😢
Apparently "I was being sarcastic and not helpful giving too many options not listening to what she wanted".
We had a shop full of customers at the time and they could not believe how she spoke to me.
When a customer comes in, the first thing we usually do is have a joke, sometimes this comes across as sarcasm, but it usually gets a laugh and it starts a rapport.
Most of the time people like us giving the advise when it comes to options for perpetual trophies - as we always get told "You know better - you're the professionals".
We have been in business for 25+years and never have had a complaint - the reason we love this business is the lovely communities we deal with and the happiness that comes in everyday (no one is ever cranky awarding people!).

To the lady and her husband - We are sorry if you are having a bad day and we hope you found your Footy Tipping Trophy.
