This a piece of nobby opal our cutter cut for himself.
He forgot to photograph it before he started rubbing it.
There was just the tiniest hint of green color under the porcelain cap.
The first 2 photographs show the cap mostly removed and the stone has been rubbed around the edge to expose the color bar and the black potch base.
