Join us in cheering on Sodexo 2022 Love of Food Innovation Challenge winner, Chef Claudia Saldana-Rose, who will represent Sodexo USA in this year's Global Sustainable Chef competition! 🎉

She's getting ready to head to Landsberg, Germany for the cook-off on Dec. 8, against chefs from India, Brazil, Norway, France, Chile and the United Kingdom.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Chef Saldana-Rose studied at Le Cordon Bleu Peru. She has worked for many years for Sodexo Peru, and Sodexo USA, where she now provides campuses with culinary support and innovation.

“It's a huge achievement for me; it’s amazing,” Chef Saldana-Rose says of the honor. “I’m hoping I will win, and I will bring that title here to the U.S.”
