Lismore Tractor & Machinery Centre is looking for an experienced Agricultural Mechanic / Field Service Technician to join our team in Lismore.

We work on all brands of agricultural machinery and are a Mahindra tractor dealer, offering a varied and interesting workload.

THE ROLE

🔧 Workshop servicing, repairs
🚜 Field service & breakdowns
🔍 Fault finding and machinery diagnostics
🛠️ Working on tractors, implements and a wide range of agricultural machinery
🤝 Customer service and support
🔄 A versatile role with a mix of workshop, field and customer-based work

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to step into a Workshop Leading Hand position, helping coordinate the workshop and support the team.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Qualified & experienced agricultural/diesel mechanic
✔️ Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔️ Versatile and willing to take on a variety of work
✔️ Good work ethic and attitude
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Current driver’s licence

Another quality setup delivered yesterday.

This Mac Master out front harvester, fully optioned, professionally fitted to a Kubota F3690 out front mower – a clean, efficient combination built for performance and reliability in the field.

Lismore Tractor & Machinery Centre is looking for a casual agricultural mechanic to join our team.

We service and repair a wide range of tractors and agricultural machinery, both in the workshop and out in the field.

What we’re looking for:
• Mechanical experience (ag machinery, diesel, or heavy vehicle preferred)
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Manual driver’s licence (truck licence a bonus)

Work includes:
• Tractor and machinery servicing
• Diagnostics and repairs
• Field service work around the Northern Rivers
• General workshop duties

What we offer:
• Flexible casual hours
• Variety of work – workshop and field service
• Friendly local team environment
