Grade 3 Flight Instructor Rating training!!
Our new Grade 3 FIR syllabus has been approved by CASA and we’re ready to get into it. If you are looking to get your Grade 3 FIR by the end of this year please get in contact. The course will be run over approx 6 weeks by two of our Grade 1s, Tom and Anthony, supported by our three other Grade 1s. Both Tom and Anthony have decades and 10,000+ hrs of experience, including lots of Grade 3 training experience. Tom is also an FIR examiner and will conduct the flight tests. We will use our two C172s, probably the most common training aircraft used by Australian flying schools, and we’ll use our most experienced Grade 1 instructors to run the course.

On the topic of instructor training, our Grade 3 training kicks off next month - get in contact if you would like to get your Grade 3 done by the end of this year. Approx 6 weeks, taught by 10,000+ hr Grade 1s with extensive instructor training experience. You will train with the examiner that does your flight test!!
