North Coast Telephone Systems Pty Ltd is a family owned & operated Telecommunications business. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Installation and maintenance of telephone systems and other VoIP equipment.
• Provide customer user training on use of new phone systems and equipment.
• Fault finding and diagnosing technical issues (on site & remotely).
• Customer data collection and site audits.
• Support our existing customers with adds, moves and changes.
• Servicing from Tweed Heads in the North to Grafton in the South and West to Tenterfield.


Necessary Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience with NEC and Panasonic telephone systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SIP.
• IP troubleshooting skills ie: Wireshark.
• Routing and Switching skills.
• Knowledge of NBN and Internet solutions.
• Installation of Data and Voice network cabling.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively particularly with non-technical clients.
• Have a valid Open Cable licence.
• Have a current drivers licence.
