Aromatic & bright, with notes of ginger, honeysuckle, dried apricot & melon. The oak influences texture & fullness. Pair with lamb & apricot tagine, Pad Thai, dishes with ginger, saffron & coconut, creamy & buttery cheeses.
Mark loves this one with oysters!
