Launching your new business?

Apart from the technical things you need to do before you launch your new business, website domain, stock, finances etc We have three things you should do before you launch. 👇🏻

1 – Research and testing. Make sure you know who your competition is and find ways to be different from them. You don’t want to blend in; you need to stand out from the crowd. Testing your business and receiving feedback from others is important. Knowing what your potential client or customer wants and needs will help you with creating a successful business.

2 – Build your audience. If you’re not ready to launch your new business on social media yet, use your personal account to build your audience, create buzz and have customers ready to buy from you.

3 – Plan your marketing. Planning your social content, website content and email content is important. Content batching is a great way to get your content organised. Plan offers for when you launch, a give-a-way or a special. This will help you gain customers and build your social media accounts.

👉🏻 Asking for feedback from your clients, customers, staff, and other business owners to help you in the future is necessary for business growth.

👉🏻 Asking questions will help you overcome challenges, solve problems, and come up with solutions.

Why do we feel like we are blocked with our creativity? How does this happen? How can you fix it?

Creative blocks come for many reasons – feeling uninspired, feeling burnt-out, feeling like you need to be perfect all the time. The list goes on… 😅

Helping fix a creative block doesn’t mean you’re going to snap yourself out of it in an instant. You need to let yourself take some time.

👉🏻 Write down how you feel. Are you upset, feeling tired, something happening in your personal life that is stressful? This will help you in the future for when you have another creative block and how you were able to overcome it.

👉🏻 Step away from your work. Move onto another task that doesn’t need your creativity for a few hours, if possible.

👉🏻 Change up your workspace. Head to a café, park, another part of the office or home. Mixing up your environment can help you get inspired again.

👉🏻 Keep a notebook with you or utilise your notes app on your phone. Writing down your ideas as soon as you have them will help you continue your creativity and inspiration.

How are you using your time? Are you taking advantage of the time that you have? Do you feel like you do not have enough time to do everything you need?

We have a few tips to help you focus on your time efficiently –

👉🏻 Create To-Do lists each day. Put the most important or urgent tasks at the top. Focus on these tasks first, then get to your next lot of tasks.

👉🏻 Plan your day and week.

👉🏻 Delegate tasks that can be done by your team.

👉🏻 Track how long your tasks take to complete. Allocate a certain amount of time to each task. This will help you to stay on track with your plan and know if you’re using your time wisely.
