⏰June 30 is fast approaching and that means COUNCIL FEES ARE GOING UP!!! ⬆️

If you have a project on the go or have been planning one for a while and you are just about ready to kick things into gear, it is worth trying to get your applications into council before June 30 as like many businesses, the end of the financial year means that councils across South East Queensland will be reviewing their fees (and let me give you a tip, they never go down!)

This is the perfect time to take the next step and get in any council applications that you may need for your build so that you can lock in the current financial year's rates.
