Roller Parts Australia is seeking an Boilermaker / Welder / Fabricator / tradesman to join our team located in Logan Village. This role is initially a 3-month casual contract leading onto full-time full time permanent employment. Reporting to Workshop Manager, the ideal candidate for this position will be highly motivated and a team player. With experience in working within a fabrication workshop.
• Grinding, cutting, MIG welding, oxy/acetylene, gouging, flux core/metal core & painting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Attention to detail and a high level of pride in your work quality is essential.
• Adherence to OHS & work safe protocols.
• Perform assigned duties in a timely and safe manner.
• Work in a team environment.
• Available for overtime when required.
• Manual car licence
• Experience in general heavy steel fabrication and welding
