**How Children Experience Change**
Children often experience change differently from adults.
While they may not always express their feelings directly, they can still be processing uncertainty, adjusting to new routines, and trying to make sense of what is happening around them.
Some children become more quiet. Others may ask more questions, seek extra reassurance, or show changes in behaviour. Every child responds in their own way.
What helps most is feeling safe, supported, and reminded that they are loved. Consistency, patience, and open communication can make a meaningful difference during times of transition.
Understanding how children experience change allows us to better support them through it.
