We're seeking a dedicated Weekend Site Supervisor for our Loganholme Depot. If you're enthusiastic about a role that blends physical work, customer interaction, and basic administration, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position: Permanent Part-Time
Hours: 32 hours/week (Friday to Monday, with potential for additional days)
Start Date: Immediate
What You'll Do:
Sort & Count: Hand-sort materials and accurately count customer refunds.
Manage: Oversee up to 4 casual team members daily.
Organize: Keep the site clean, organized, and efficient.
Assist: Help customers with inquiries and concerns.
Liaise: Communicate with business owners and stakeholders.
Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and respectful working environment.
Work Independently: Perform tasks autonomously with minimal direction.
What We’re Looking For:
Availability: Must be available Friday to Monday.
Local Resident: Ideally, you’re a local looking for long-term employment.
Forklift Ticket: Essential for the role.
MR License: Have one or have the ability to aquire one.
Police Clearance: Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
Physical Fitness: Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and web-based applications.
Communication: Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
First Aid Certificate: Required.
Note: This role begins with a 3-month probationary period as a casual contract, with the possibility to negotiate a full-time position afterwards.
