Another productive week supporting childcare centres, connecting with new services and working alongside the amazing people who make early learning happen.

🤝 Operations Support Across Australia

Our support doesn’t stop at Queensland! We work alongside centres across Australia, and our founders, Cassie and Candice, are right there on the ground, too. For us, support means being present, understanding each service’s needs and working together to find the best solutions.

📞 New Connections in WA

This week, we connected with a service in Western Australia through a discovery call. We’re looking forward to the opportunity to work together and support their journey ahead!

📣 Marketing in Action

It’s been a busy week for our marketing team! From heading out into local communities to put up enrolment signs, to creating new designs and planning campaigns for 2027 enrolments, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes.

Last week, we also had the opportunity to support one of our centres with its Open Day, helping create opportunities for families to connect with the service and discover what it has to offer. We had 6 new enrolments registered on the day, plus more to covert next week!

👥 Friday Team Day

Fridays are when we come together as a team to review our clients’ needs, share updates and plan our next steps. It’s all about staying connected, working collaboratively and making sure every centre gets the support it needs.

💛 Did You Know? We Also Provide HR Support!
This week, Josh visited several centres to assist with recruitment and staffing challenges. We understand that having the right people in place makes a real difference, and we’re here to help services navigate those challenges.

Every centre has its own story, challenges and goals. We’re proud to walk alongside our clients and help them move forward, one service at a time.

Our team has been visiting new build centres, seeing progress firsthand and working through the next steps to help bring new services to life. There’s plenty happening behind the scenes before those doors open!

🤝 Working Alongside Centre Owners
Meetings with centre owners have kept us busy this week, talking through plans, sharing ideas and working together on what’s next. We’re here to provide practical support and help turn ideas into action.

💻 Office Day Fridays
Fridays are office days for the Inspire team! It’s our chance to come together, catch up on projects, plan ahead and keep everything moving across our services. A lot happens behind the scenes, and teamwork makes it all possible.

📚 Investing in Professional Development
Our Marketing Team attended the Australian Marketing Summit 2026 with Ethan Donati, taking the opportunity to learn, explore new strategies and bring fresh ideas back to Inspire.

Professional development is all about continuing to learn and finding better ways to put that knowledge into practice. We’re excited to apply new insights to our marketing strategies and deliver even more effective support for our centres.

📸 Marketing That Supports Your Centre: Our Marketing Team works alongside services to build their local presence, create engaging content, promote events and help connect centres with their communities. From pre-opening campaigns through to ongoing marketing, we’re there every step of the way.

✈️ Supporting Our Melbourne Clients: Cassie, Candice and Josh ventured down to Victoria this week to spend time with our Melbourne clients. The visit provided an opportunity to connect with centre teams, check in on team wellbeing and discuss ongoing changes, and updates.

📚 Pedagogy & Practice: Our Pedagogy & Practice Mentor supported centres with their Kindergarten Information Nights, working alongside teams to help showcase their kindergarten programs, learning experiences and approach to supporting children as they prepare for school.

🤝 More Than Management Support: At Inspire Early Years Management, we work alongside your team, not from the sidelines.
