Gerry is still reflecting on a rewarding workshop in Longreach last week.
Joined by Heather Ellis from BlueWren Connections, they spent three days working with a group of dedicated professionals. From exploring DiSC profiles to developing personal practice frameworks, the level of
engagement was second to none.
The best part of this work is always the transformation: seeing participants realise how they can better connect with other staff and landholders, and watching a group grow closer as they learn together.
A massive thank you to the Longreach group for showing up with such openness and energy!
