🔥 Effer Crane Progress Training at Maxilift Australia has been a huge success!

Over the last three days, we've had the pleasure of hosting key dealers from across the network for in-depth training and hands-on experience with Effer Crane

With perfect weather and a striking custom black Effer crane taking centre stage, it's been an excellent environment to learn, collaborate, and share industry knowledge.

Special thank you to Chandler Transport for lending us their EFFER and thankyou to everyone who attended and helped make this training event such a success. We’re proud to support our dealers with ongoing education and product expertise.

Sunshine at Maxilift Australia Head office!

Busy week in the workshop. Our team carried out servicing on both an Effer Crane and a Furukawa UNIC Corporation crane, keeping our customers' fleets running safely and reliably. We also headed out the back of the branch for some sunshine and stability testing on a 646! All checks run to make sure it's performing exactly as it should before it heads out to its new home!

From routine servicing to new crane stability testing, it's all part of how Maxilift Australia looks after our customers!

The Finer Details of Maxilift Head Office

Part 4: Fully Moved In (Final Instalment)

Following on from yesterday's video, here's a bit more of what the new Head Office looks like now that we're properly settled in.

The move is done, the dust has settled, and this place is running exactly how we pictured it cranes staged and going out daily, the boardroom in constant use, training running for our service agents and dealers, and the whole team finally under one roof at Lonsdale.

A build like this doesn't happen without a lot of people behind it. To our customers, service agents, dealers, suppliers and our own staff thank you. Through the hard times and the good, you've backed us every step of the way, and this building is as much a reflection of that support as it is of the work we put in. As a family-owned business, that kind of loyalty means everything, and we don't take it for granted.

This is Maxilift, home. Thank you for being part of getting us here.

The Finer Details of Maxilift Head Office 🎥

Part 3: Fully Operational

This is what our previous posts were building toward, what this place looks like now that we've actually moved in.

The warehouse bays are lined with cranes, staged and ready to go out. The overhead crane system we mentioned in Part 1 is in daily use. The boardroom from Part 2 is now where our executive meetings take place, and the training room is in full swing running courses for our service agents and dealers. Parts are being picked and packed, cranes are being loaded out to their new homes across the country, and none of this is staged. It's just what a normal weekday looks like here now.

Before the first crane arrived, this was still just a shell with potential. Getting it to where it is today took real hard work from our team and as a family-owned business, that's never been anything less than personal. Now there's training happening, stock moving, and orders going out the door every day. This is what we built it for.

Part 2: Inside the Office Fit-Out

From the reception area through to the open hallways, every space was finished and waiting clean lines, natural light, and a layout designed with one purpose: bringing our team together under one roof.

Before a single desk was set up or a single person walked through these doors each morning, this was just blank canvas. It's strange looking back at these photos now, knowing how much life these rooms have since held.

A building doesn't make a business, the people in it do. Before our team ever walked through these doors, this was just a quiet, finished space. Now it's where they show up every day, and that's what actually makes it feel like home.

The Finer Details of Maxilift Head Office 📸

Part 1: Outside & the Warehouse Floor

As promised, here's a closer look at our new Head Office in Lonsdale and the sheer scale of what's been built.

From the air, the size of this facility really speaks for itself. A purpose-built space designed from the ground up to handle heavier crane unloads entirely in-house, with the room to match the ambition behind it.

Step inside, and that scale only becomes more apparent. Expansive warehouse bays, a large drive-through workshop for live container unloads and crane installations, an overhead crane system running the length of the building, and a layout built for efficient movement — all the result of countless hours of hard work, both on the tools and behind the scenes, to get this facility standing.

This building didn't come together on its own. It's the product of dedication from the on-site construction team to the Maxilift staff who planned every detail long before the first piece of land was turned over.
