Estancia is looking for an experienced chef to join our culinary team in the Hunter Valley.

You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and owner, helping lead the kitchen, maintain standards and support the continued growth of our small, family-run restaurant.

We’re looking for someone with:

* A minimum of five years’ professional cooking experience
* Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills
* Pride in consistency, presentation and kitchen standards
* A calm, positive and hands-on approach
* The ambition to step up from their current role

This would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef ready to take on greater responsibility within a supportive, owner-operated restaurant.
