Celebrating 50 Years of Donaldson Enterprises!

On 10th November, 1975, Douglas Donaldson, at the age of 46, took a leap and left his steady job at Myer (formerly Allan & Stark) to become a homewares sales agent.

Who would have thought this one-man agency would become one of Australia’s favourite kitchen and homewares distributers, owned and operated by three generations!

Friday saw Doug Donaldson, now 96, alongside his son, Graham and grandson, Craig, join special guests, and former and current staff from across Australia for a celebratory lunch at our Head Office in Lytton, Brisbane, and on Saturday night we enjoyed dinner together at Cloudland. Both were fantastic events to reflect on the last 50 years.

Thank you to everyone, both customers and our team, who have been with us throughout our journey. We couldn’t have done this without you!

Today marks Donaldson Enterprises' 45 year anniversary.
