Today Australia lost a true legend in Neale Daniher. A man who turned the cruelty of MND into a movement of hope, courage and determination. His fight, strength and ability to inspire so many people will never be forgotten.

The O’Donoghue family knows “the beast” all too well after losing our uncle/ brother in law to MND last year. Watching someone you love battle this illness is heartbreaking and something no family should have to experience.

Today we think of Neale’s family, everyone living with MND and all the families carrying the weight of this disease every single day.

Thank you Neale for changing the conversation around MND, for giving people hope and for showing what true courage looks like.
