Holiday intensives are a fantastic way to accelerate progress, build confidence, and improve swimming skills in a short period of time.

⭐ Even better, families who participate in our intensives may have the opportunity to move into available permanent lesson times once the holiday program concludes.

Instructor Spotlight – Meet Amber!

Amber has been teaching swimming since she was 17 and brings an incredible level of compassion, patience, and understanding to the Deano’s Nemos team

Diagnosed with Level 2 autism at a young age, Amber understands firsthand how important it is for children to feel safe, heard, and supported. Her own experiences have shaped her passion for helping children — especially those with additional needs — build confidence both in and out of the water.

With a degree in Coastal Marine and Science, a love for the ocean, and a genuine connection with kids, Amber creates a positive and encouraging environment where every child can thrive.

Outside the pool, Amber loves netball, crocheting, making rings, and anything pink!

We’re so proud to have Amber as part of the Deano’s Nemos family 🐠

As many of you may know, I sustained a spinal cord injury just over 12 months ago.

Since then, I’ve seen first hand how important research and support are for people living with SCI. That’s why I’m taking part again this year in the Wings for Life World Run — an incredible global event where 100% of entry fees go directly towards spinal cord injury research.

It would mean a lot to me if you could get behind this cause — whether that’s by donating, sharing this post, or even joining the run yourself.

Together, we can help find a cure!

It was so hot over the weekend that even Santa decided to drop in for a swim!

Thank you everyone for being patient this year and for a great six months in the pool.

We will be closed from the 21st of December through to 4th of January.

Hi everyone, I'm settling into life at home and enjoying socialising with family and friends.
On Sunday I participated in the wings for life charity event for spinal-cord research and I'm getting stronger every day.
Looking forward to getting back in the pool soon!

Great News!
I am about halfway through my rehab journey. I have been discharged from hospital and I’m in the spinal rehab ward for the second stage 💪🏼
